Our process
How an exterior job runs
1
Inspect and quote
We look at every surface, note problem spots and give a clear quote.
2
Clean
Dirt, chalk and mildew come off first so paint can bond.
3
Repair and prep
We scrape loose paint, fix soft wood, sand and caulk.
4
Prime and paint
Bare spots get primer, then two finish coats in dry weather.
5
Walk the property
We check with you and clean up before we leave.

Exterior painting tips for Houston homes
- Best seasons. spring (March to May) and fall (September to November) have milder temperatures and less rain risk.
- Mildew grows on shaded and north facing walls. It must be cleaned or treated before paint, not painted over.
- South and west walls get the most UV. Expect them to fade first, and choose finishes that resist fading.
- Check caulk before storm season. Small gaps let wind driven rain into walls and trim.
- Brick, stucco and fiber cement siding each need their own prep. We tell you what yours needs.
- HOA neighborhoods often require written color approval. Check your HOA documents first.
