Question 1

Is the estimate free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We visit, look at your project and give you a quote at no cost and with no obligation.

Question 2

How much will my project cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on size, ceiling height, prep, surfaces, number of colors and the paint you choose. We quote after a walkthrough. See our pricing guide for the full list of factors.

Question 3

What happens after I request an estimate?

Accepted Answer

We reply the same day to set a time for a walkthrough. After that, we send a written quote.

Question 4

Do you do the prep work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Patching, sanding, caulking, cleaning and masking are part of every job, and they are what make paint last.

Question 5

What paint do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use quality paint from trusted brands such as Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore, and help you choose the right line for your project. Your quote lists what we plan to use.

Question 6

When is the best time to paint the outside of my house?

Accepted Answer

Spring (March to May) and fall (September to November) are usually best. Dry, mild weather helps paint cure well.

Question 7

Will humidity affect my paint?

Accepted Answer

It can. Humidity slows drying and encourages mildew on shaded walls. We clean, treat and schedule around it.

Question 8

Why is my paint fading on one side of the house?

Accepted Answer

South and west walls get the most sun and UV. They fade first. Fade resistant finishes and good prep help.

Question 9

Do I need HOA approval?

Accepted Answer

Often yes. Many Houston area HOAs require written approval for exterior colors. Check your HOA documents before we start. We can give you color names and sample details to submit.

Question 10

Do you speak Arabic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We speak English and Arabic. You can call, text and plan your project in either.

Question 11

Is your website available in Arabic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the العربية link in the header to switch.

Question 12

Can my family member translate or join the walkthrough?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Anyone you want can join the walkthrough.

Question 13

How soon can you start?

Accepted Answer

It depends on our schedule and the size of the job. Call or text and we will tell you our next open dates.

Question 14

How long will my project take?

Accepted Answer

Small rooms may take a day. Whole house jobs take longer. We give you a timeline in your quote.

Question 15

What if it rains on an exterior job?

Accepted Answer

We reschedule. We would rather wait a day than paint wet surfaces.
